How to Use GS Auto Clicker: The Complete Step-by-Step Guide

GS Auto Clicker does one job: it clicks the mouse for you, at the place and pace you choose, started and stopped with a hotkey (F8 by default). This guide walks the exact Windows workflow — install, configure, record multi-point sequences, and stop cleanly — using the menus the real 3.1.4 program actually has.

Step 0: Install the genuine file

Download from our download page (primary button = GoldenSoft’s own file) and verify the SHA-256 if you want certainty: 7c90795c9b28fac978386626f5a54033dc9cba46ef6a3f742fc7d52b394590f2. Run the installer; if SmartScreen appears, see the walkthrough. The main window is small: one big button labeled “Press F8 to Click” and three menus — Options, Recording, and general settings.

Step 1: Choose the click (Options → Clicking → Options)

  • Mouse button: Left, Right or Middle.
  • Click type: Single or Double. Use Double instead of a 1 ms interval when you need double-clicks — it is far more reliable (more in double-click mode).
  • Freeze the pointer: locks clicking to the current cursor position instead of following your mouse.

Step 2: Set the pace (Options → Clicking → Repeat)

  • Repeat: a fixed number of times, or “repeat until stopped”.
  • Interval: the delay between clicks, settable in hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds. 1000 ms = 1 click per second; 100 ms = 10 CPS; 50 ms = 20 CPS. The full conversion table is in our interval & CPS guide.

Start slower than you think you need. A 100 ms interval already out-clicks any human, and in games an absurd rate is both useless (servers cap registered clicks) and the fastest way to look like a bot.

Step 3: (Optional) Change the hotkey

F8 conflicts with some games and apps. Click the hotkey button on the main window and press your new key. Full detail: how to change the F8 hotkey.

Step 4: (Optional) Record multiple click points

For sequences — claim button, then confirm, then close — use Options → Recording → Multiple clicks, press Pick point, and click each target in order. The sequence replays in order on every cycle. Full walkthrough: record multiple clicks.

Step 5: Start, and know how to stop

Hover where you want to click (or freeze the pointer first) and press F8. Press F8 again to stop. If the window is in the way, minimize it — the program sits in the system tray and the hotkey keeps working. If F8 does nothing inside a game, run the program as administrator (why, and the fix).

Step 6: (Optional) Set an after-task action

GS Auto Clicker can idle, log off, shut down the PC or quit when a finite repeat count finishes — designed for long unattended runs. See post-task actions before trusting it overnight.

Good practice

  • Test every new setup in Notepad or a blank page for ten seconds before pointing it at a game.
  • In online games, check the rules first. Automation bans are real; our game guides label the risk per title (Roblox, Minecraft).
  • Keep the installer hash handy; if anything ever behaves oddly, re-verify before blaming the program (false positives explained).
