How to read your score
| CPS | What it means |
|---|---|
| 1–4 | Relaxed, everyday clicking |
| 5–6 | Average focused clicking |
| 7–8 | Fast — deliberate rapid clicking |
| 9–12 | Jitter/butterfly technique range |
| 12+ | Elite or drag-click territory (mouse-dependent) |
Most online games register only a fraction of extreme rates — commonly an effective ceiling around 15–20 CPS — which is why chasing 30+ CPS manually is mostly a party trick. Our interval ↔ CPS guide shows the equivalent settings in GS Auto Clicker.
Improve the number
- Technique: jitter clicking (vibrating the forearm) and butterfly clicking (two fingers alternating) are the classic multipliers.
- Hardware: switch feel, button width and weight genuinely matter — see best gaming mice for CPS.
- Or automate: if the goal is output rather than sport, an auto clicker sets any rate precisely — how GS Auto Clicker works. In multiplayer games, that is a rules question, not a speed question (Roblox honesty, Minecraft honesty).
